AppA new family law mobile app is being launched to help people access the family courts. It’s called Florida Courts Help. This is aimed to help pro-se litigants who need access to Florida family law forms.
People may access and download family law forms and the app also enables electronic filing of some documents within the app. It will also include information on how to access free and low-cost family law legal services.
Family law in Florida is complex. Although this app will help people gain direct access to forms and filing it may not be as helpful when trying to actually secure free or low cost family law attorneys or legal services.
